A Bridge Loan is a short-term mortgage used to acquire a property quickly. Generally this financing is used until permanent financing is found, the home is resold, or it is rehabilitated and then resold.

Do you provide rehab financing?
Yes, we provide rehab financing. We consider both the as-is value of the property, as well as, the after repair value to be able to extend you funding that works and can finance both the acquisition and repairs.
