Do you provide rehab financing?

Yes, we provide rehab financing. We consider both the as-is value of the property, as well as, the after repair value to be able to extend you funding that works and can finance both the acquisition and repairs.

  • Transaction Type: Rehab Loan for Investment Property or Ground Up Construction
  • Interest Rates: Start @ 8.99%  for Rehab Projects (Varies Based on LTV and Experience)
  • Loan Amount: Up to $5,000,000 (minimum of $75,000)
  • Loan to Value: up to 90% Loan-to-Cost | 90% Purchase/up to100% Repairs (70% ARV Max)
  • Closing Process: 5-7 Business Days | Same Day Decisions
  • Credit Score: as low as 620 Mid-FICO Minimum (case by case)
  • Loan Term: up to 12 months (extensions available for some programs)
  • Origination Fee:  1 to 3 Points ( NO Upfront Fees)
  • Appraisal Fee:  Paid after your Project has been Approved
  • Rate Type:  Interest Only (No interest charged on unused rehab funds)
  • Prepayment Penalty: None
  • Entity Type: Must Close as LLC or Corp.
